Reports from McKinsey, Cap Gemini and now ICDP advocate a shift to the Agency Model in our sector. Perhaps 2021 is the year it starts to happen at pace.

Much of the Fleet market operates this way. Arguably, we have consensus now that Retail Agency is inevitable.

But how does an OEM move from the existing ‘margin model’ to the new one?
