What People Say
Steve is an excellent, commercially minded Marketer. Steve forms excellent relationships with colleagues, internally and externally and is a real team player. I always knew I could rely on Steve to make sound decisions based on quality analysis.

I was lucky to work with Kerry during my time as SEAT Store support manager. As I entered into a completely new position I had a lot to get to grips with and was lucky to have Kerry by my side as the Senior Business Analyst.

Stuart is a totally safe pair of hands on any project. He is a born project manager with superb business and interpersonal skills and a great knowledge of IT. A heady mix that I know I'll use again. Thanks.

Fiona is an excellent ambassador for the children and families associated with this uncommon lung disease. Her drive and enthusiasm has made a considerable contribution towards a funded national diagnostic and clinical service. She is an excellent communicator and has impressive organisational skills. She works well with people.

Simon is a rare breed amongst Consultants in that he doesn't talk jargon, he actively listens and he delivers great, inclusive business solutions. He is a true leader in the way that he inspires and motivates people and drives through problems to achieve results.

Steve has a management style and fine ability to mentor individuals and teams which has really shaped where I am today and my outlook on life both inside and outside of the workplace. He was incredibly valued by the team and wider business when working with him.

Steve was a master at leading the national communications and digital teams - this was a large, busy and challenging role where Steve had to lead creative and tactical campaigns across all media channels as well as having responsibility for the development and performance of our own digital channels. To do this well he was sharp and professional when dealing with our factory whilst also being a strong and passionate leader of our agencies.

Stuart took ownership of and managed a recent IIM node meeting with confidence and by using his considerable project management experience he helped all attendees get the most from the meeting and created an atmosphere where everyone contributed and felt the event had been worthwhile and he gained their commitment to meet again.

Stuart Copeland and Stonac have always delivered great results for me, both in my role as Business Change Director at the Laurel Pub Company and as owner of Retail Fix. Stuart has exceptional project and change management qualities that he uses to excellent effect.

I worked with Stuart on the VWG National Learning Centre project. His professionalism and delivery focus ensured that this complex and time critical project was successful. He exhibits excellent risk management and negotiation skills which allow me to recommend both him and his company.

Stuart was a great supplier to Laurel as a business orientated, delivery focused project manager who I knew I could trust to do what he said. Laurel engaged Stuart on at least 4 different occasions to deliver critical projects for us which demonstrates our confidence in him and I recommend him highly.

Fiona provides an excellent service in all her key skill areas, Project Management, Programme and Project Office, and training. She is a thorough professional who never lets you down and always adds value.

Fiona has used her influence and ability to negotiate to the charities advantage by securing support for the development of the website. She is a well respected and valued member of the PCD service overall. Her role as Chair has helped the NHS services secure support for the funding of the management service which was a recent development. It is a pleasure work with her.

I worked with Simon on a Dealer Management System Programme - he brought to the team a sense of teamwork, delivered a high level of quality and supported his colleagues to also deliver. His style with our retailers and in internal meetings was professional yet friendly. He has many years of Automotive industry knowledge. His Project Management knowledge was invaluable in supporting the team and his skill in creating and facilitating workshops ensure we got what we needed out of the time spent.

Simon helped to develop a specific project for Bentley which included a workshop and first class support to ensure that the project was delivered on time and within the budget. Simon is easy to deal with and works hard to achieve the desired result. I would highly recommend him.

I have worked with Simon on several occasions, initially at Volkswagen during the Trade Parts Specialist rollout for Group Services. Simon is one of those project managers who really likes to roll up his sleeves and get stuck in! He has a flair for understanding business projects quickly (especially in Automotive) and building a team environment in which change can be delivered rapidly, but in a controlled environment. I really admire his style and see also regard him as a fantastic mentor and all-round good bloke!

Steve has the ability to understand complex programmes of activity; through digital strategy, operational and business transformation is outstanding. He has a broad set of skills, from understanding/developing contractual and legal terms, to ensuring that the delivery of schedules within a contract are fair and beneficial for all parties, always putting the customer and colleagues first in ensuring the value of the contact is delivered commercially in the right way. He can explain initiatives that are genuinely complex in a simple way that all levels can understand and engage with, from an exec board decision to people delivering the service at the front end.

I had the pleasure of working with Kerry over a number of years at VWG. Throughout that time it never ceased to amaze me the grit and determination she showed to plough through extremely complex business requirements and deliver solutions in an innovative and energetic style. Stakeholder management was key and I always had full confidence in Kerry’s ability to communicate, negotiate and interact at all levels of the business. I look forward to working with Kerry again in the future.

Kerry has been and continues to be one of the most positive, professional, inspiring, creative and empathetic people I have been lucky enough to work with in my career to date. I always view Kerry, and describe her to others, as a wonderful role model of how to do a great job, with a ready smile and positive attitude, even in the face of many obstacles. She is able to quickly understand what the requirements for a project are, what the limitations are and who the key stakeholders are. She is a great communicator and excellent at stakeholder management and engagement.

I had the pleasure of working with Kerry for on a number of Projects at Volkswagen Group UK. Her professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills made her an invaluable member of our project team. She is able to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business to effectively capture and elucidate requirements for technical teams and suppliers.

I initially worked with Stuart whilst at Volkswagen and then later during my time with Silvertec. Stuart can apply his skills to both Business and IT projects with the same level of calibre and I would not hesitate in recommending him for any change initiatives that involve process improvement or complex change. I regard Stuart as a not only a great Project Manager but also a top mentor as he has been working in the interim market for many years and has a wide knowledge across different markets and verticals.
